Logan Roberson competes in Freedom 40 at Natural Bridge Speedway

Heading up I-81 for the weekend, Logan Roberson checked into Natural Bridge (Va.) Speedway on Friday afternoon for night one of the Freedom 40.

Competing in the Crate Late Model division, Roberson set quick time among 18 competitors before starting third in the feature after the invert. Chasing down the leader in the 30-lap feature, Logan settled for a runner-up finish behind Braeson Fulton.

For Limited Late Model competition on Saturday, Roberson started 13th in the $5,000-to-win main event and wound up with a Top-10 finish in seventh.
