Logan Roberson headed to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Tennessee’s Action Track 50. Drawing 38 cars, Logan timed in seventh fastest in his group before grabbing the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat race. Starting the opening night feature in 14th, Roberson challenged for a Top-10 finish early but faded late in the race, ultimately retiring on lap 40. He was credited with a 22nd place outing.

The following night at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) for the EZ-Go 50, Roberson was battling for a transfer spot in his heat race when he was taken out by another competitor, bringing a disappointing end to his weekend. (Heath Lawson photo)

June 20, 2020 - Roberson records Podium finish at Richmond Raceway
On Friday evening Logan Roberson was one of 33 Late Models signed in at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series doubleheader. After laying down the fourth fastest time in his group, race officials ruled Roberson used the wrong exit when leaving the track, negating his lap time. Slated to start near the tail of his heat, Logan decided to load up and head elsewhere for somewhere to race on Saturday.

Traveling to Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Kentucky) for the $2,500 top prize, Logan scored a third place finish in the feature after jumping the cushion on the final lap while taking part in a heated battled for the lead with Dustin Linville. (Jimmy Pittman photo)
